I-CHING Hexagram #52
"Keeping Still"

Ken, Keeping quiet, Mountain Ken, Keeping quiet, Mountain. The image of the hexagram is that of the mountain, the youngest son of the sky and the land. It belongs to a position of rest because movement has come to its normal end. Speaking of men, it is about finding spiritual peace.x

It shows the man not to let his thoughts go further than his current situation. This is what streghtens his position. Pausing and continuing when corresponding: this is the key to make no mistakes and be bright.

To get started

We are at a stage in which we have stopped. It is not wrong; it is the right thing to do now. Superiors and inferiors are not relating to each others. There is nothing in common between them. Our desires won't come true now, and that is why they are beyond our possibilities. Keeping a quiet body and mind is the best now. Then, act. His is going to cause achievements.

To end

We are about to enter a quiet period. What does this mean? The high and the low won't relate to each other; superiors and inferiors are separated and with nothing in common. However, quietness means, at his deepest, to stop when it is convenient and continue when advisable. So, moving when finding the right moment and stopping when necessary is the golden rule to go successfully through a period not too much promising but that eventually leads to success.

sentence

Keeping his back still - So that he no longer feels his body. - He goes into his courtyard - And does not see his people. - No blame.

Daily Tarot

Astrology is like a weather report; it tells you what conditions you’re likely to face in the future. If the weatherman says it’s probably going to rain, you bring an umbrella. If you follow that advice, you won’t get wet.
